ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1–5 weeks for order fulfillment if the item is pre-made. As a small, growing brand, we appreciate your patience. You’ll receive frequent email updates about your order status — including confirmation, tracking, and shipping progress.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.):
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Tracking info will be sent as soon as your order ships.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES:
If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please reach out to the shipping provider with your tracking info. Once a package is in transit or marked as delivered, Shwift is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
